How much does it cost to list on FloréaHub?
Listing is free on the Starter plan. Pro (RM99/month) and Premium (RM199/month) plans unlock advanced features, priority placement, and analytics.
How do I receive payments?
Customers pay via ToyyibPay (FPX or credit card). FloréaHub holds the payment until the buyer confirms delivery (or automatically after 3 days). Your share then appears in your dashboard wallet, and you withdraw it to your registered bank account. Payouts are processed manually within 24 hours of your request.
Can I offer same day delivery?
Yes. Enable same day delivery in your shop settings. Orders before 2 PM qualify. You set your own delivery radius.
What is the Real Photo Promise?
Before dispatching any order, you send the customer a photo of their prepared bouquet via the FloréaHub platform. This builds trust and reduces disputes significantly.
Is there a commission?
FloréaHub charges a platform fee of 2% on the product subtotal. There are no hidden charges. You keep 98% of every sale, plus 100% of the delivery fee.
